Citizenm Promo Codes for September 2026

Absolutely loved my stay!

I had such a fantastic overnight stay at citizenM! The King Room was so cool and modern, I felt like I was in the future. The atmosphere in the lobby and cloudM bar was just amazing, really vibrant and welcoming. I even got a complimentary breakfast deal with my booking, which was a great bonus. The staff was super friendly too. I'm definitely going to book with them again for my next city break and tell all my friends to check them out!

Nice room, easy process

Stayed in a King Room. Check-in was fast. Room was clean and modern. Good location. No complaints. Would book again.

Consistent quality, returning guest

This was my third time staying at citizenM, this time at a different location for an overnight stay, and they remain consistently good. I purchased the mycitizenM+ membership a while ago, and the discount applied automatically as usual. The self check-in was familiar and efficient, just like my previous visits. The King Room was up to their usual standard – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's reassuring to know what to expect. I've always found their locations to be prime, and this one was no exception.

Good stay, minor issues

I booked an overnight stay at citizenM for a quick business trip. The King Room was modern and comfortable, and I really liked the self check-in process; it was super efficient. The communal areas were stylish, great for getting some work done. However, I found the breakfast buffet a bit overpriced for what it offered. Also, the mood pad in my room was a little finicky sometimes when trying to adjust the lights. Overall, a solid experience for the price, but there's room for improvement on the breakfast value.

Smooth booking and stay

My recent booking for a King Room at citizenM was straightforward on their website. I used the mobile app exclusive rates and it applied easily. Check-in was via a kiosk, which was quick, and the staff was available if needed, though I didn't require much help. The room itself was compact but well-designed, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. I appreciated the high-tech features, especially the mood pad for controlling everything. I had breakfast at canteenM, which was decent, nothing spectacular but convenient. Checkout was just as easy. Delivery of extra towels to the room was prompt when I requested them. Everything worked as expected, making for a hassle-free stay.

Good value with the discount

I was looking for a good deal and managed to get a great rate for an overnight stay during their summer city break discount. The King Room was small but functional, had everything I needed. I compared prices to a few other boutique hotels, and citizenM definitely offered the best value, especially with the discount applied. I didn't opt for breakfast, just grabbed something nearby. For the price I paid, it felt like a smart purchase.
